The morphologic characteristics of e. coli were consistent with gram staining microscopy. A single colony was inoculated into MH soup and cultured at 37°C for 12-24 h. Glucose, lactose, mannitol, maltose, urease and hydrogen sulfide were added to the appropriate dose of bacterial solution. The bioassay tubes for sucrose, protein knee water, methyl red and hydrochloric acid were incubated at 37°C overnight. The biochemical identification results were identified according to the microtube standard of biochemical coding of intestinal bacteria in hangzhou tianhe microbial reagent co., LTD.
