Based on the above research results, it can be found that there are the following characteristics in the architecture of household energy consumption management system: 1) to solve the problem of energy consumption information collection of household appliances, that is, the informatization of household appliances requires the development of information appliances; 2) it is necessary to select the appropriate networking mode to network the household appliances; 2) to solve the problem of energy consumption information collection of household appliances, it is necessary to develop information appliances; ③ The energy consumption management and related services as well as the connection with the outside are realized by a single multi-functional component home network gateway; ④ the home network communicates with the external network through the home gateway to realize the remote service function. To sum up, the architecture of a home energy management system is mainly composed of four parts: information appliances, home network, home gateway and remote services.
