Please find attached “Vendor Reduction Goal 2020” file. One of our goals for 2020 is to reduce the number of suppliers. Instead of me sending you multiple emails regarding individual suppliers, I am sending the entire file for dyes & chemicals. The first target goal is to evaluate suppliers with $10,000 or less in spend.<BR><BR>The data is from Sievo, and may not be classified correctly. If you find a supplier that belongs in a separate category, then please make a note to “Reclassify” and tell me what was purchased from the supplier (for example, bond machine parts). If you scroll all the way down in the spreadsheet, you will see that I started the process already.<BR><BR>Do you think this could be complete by next Wednesday, March 18th?
