) Labs of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare of the Russia will start all batches’ incoming quality control test of the Goods immediately after the goods arriving Moscow. All the test are working under pharmacopoeial analysis (USP 43) for each type of the goods. All the goods can not be distributed or used until all test finished. Within 21 days after the goods arriving Moscow, the Buyer will send all batches incoming quality control test results to the Seller, as evidence that the Buyer confirm the arriving goods quality are accepted. Within 21 days after the goods arriving Moscow, if the Seller do not receive all batches incoming quality control test results from the Buyer, it means that the Buyer confirm all the arrived goods quality are accepted.
