The attention and service of flight attendants to special passengers is directly related to the image and stable development of airlines. As a special group of passengers, deaf mute passengers, due to their own physical and physiological characteristics, require flight attendants to pay more attention and service to them, so as to make them feel warm cabin service in the process of boarding. Therefore, it is very important for flight attendants to study the service of deaf mute passengers.<br>This paper summarizes the characteristics of deaf mute passengers and the necessity of their services, puts forward the problems in the service of the current flight attendants to deaf mute passengers, and then analyzes the causes, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to improve the service level and quality of flight attendants to such passengers.<br>Key words: flight attendants, deaf mute passengers, service improvement
