【Abstract】 Objective To understand the main reasons for the psychological pressure of psychiatric nurses, and analyze the countermeasures to relieve psychological pressure. Methods The reasons of psychological pressure of 106 nurses in our hospital were investigated through interviews and WeChat. Results Special occupations, working environment, and worry about accidents can all cause psychological pressure on psychiatric nurses, while career prospects, social prejudice, poor spare time, and family members' incomprehension have increased their psychological pressure to varying degrees. Methods interview and wechat were used to investigate the psychological stress of 106 nurses in our hospital.
