[摘要]:目的 通过对肋骨骨折的影像学特征研究，综合分析确定肋骨新旧骨折。方法 选取肋骨骨折案例1例，对其伤后早期与后期复查影像片进行对比分析说明。结果 早期临床诊断会出现漏诊、误诊,往往需要后期影像学复查来确认最终的肋骨骨折数量。结论 肋骨骨折法医学鉴定应结合案情，综合运用临床资料、法医学体格检查和影像学检查结果进行评定。<BR>[关键词] 肋骨骨折；法医学鉴定

[Abstract]: Objective To determine the new and old rib fractures by studying the imaging characteristics of rib fractures. Methods a case of rib fracture was selected, and the early and late reexamination images were compared and analyzed. Results early clinical diagnosis will be missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis, often need late imaging review to confirm the final number of rib fractures. Conclusion the medical identification of rib fracture should be combined with the case, comprehensive use of clinical data, forensic physical examination and imaging examination results.<BR>[Key words] rib fracture; forensic identification<BR>
