At as an intern, the author entered a social work organization in Liuzhou City in 2019 for internship. In the 2019 verification project of family living conditions of difficult employees in Liuzhou City, which the organization is responsible for, the author selected a family with multiple difficult employees as a case to conduct in-depth interviews. Through semi-structured interviews, non participation observation and other methods, the author went deep into the families of difficult employees and the units where the difficult employees work In the trade union, we should understand its economic and living conditions, and analyze the current situation and problems of social support for many children of the families with poor workers to go to school. Using case work and other professional work methods, we can help the case owners to explore their own advantages and resources, link the corresponding resources, help them to build and improve the corresponding social support system, then review the practice and summarize the intervention strategies, put forward the measures for reference, and enrich the research results of social work involving families with many children.
