This kit adopts latex immunochromatography technology to detect Helicobacter pylori Urease antibody, CagA antibody and VacA antibody in human serum samples by double antigen sandwich method. When the test sample is added to the sample pad, the Urease antibody, CagA antibody and VacA antibody in the sample react with the latex-labeled antigen on the latex binding pad to form the corresponding "antibody-latex-labeled antigen complex", which moves along the nitrocellulose membrane in chromatography, and is captured by the Urease antigen, CagA antigen and VacA antigen coated on the nitrocellulose membrane to form a "solid-phase antigen-antibody-latex-labeled antigen complex", resulting in one or more red lines on the corresponding test lines (Line Urease, CagA, and VacA) in the test area. The latex-labeled mouse IgG moves to the quality control area (C) of the test card and is captured by goat anti-mouse lgG, generating a quality control signal, which results in a red line on the C line.
