The final section in this paper summarizes the established water condensation rate model of PEMFC to study the changes in condensation rate and evaporation ratio to water content, and simulates the water transfer process in the gas diffusion layer. The experimental values, Fluent values, and water condensation rate model values under different experimental conditions were compared and analyzed, and the software simulation accuracy was improved. The water condensation rate model is of guiding significance for the optimal design of water management under different current densities, and can effectively avoid the problem of water flooding or dehydration in fuel cells. More concretely. The calculated result agree with the experimental results.
