依据前文梳理的小区公共空间儿童友好影响因素，结合老旧小区儿童实态调研中的儿童活动规律特征和儿童安全问题，对三个老旧小区儿童活动状况、儿童通行情况、儿童及家长感知情况进行调查，归纳总结出老旧小区现状问题。<br>（3）对老旧小区公共空间存在的问题提出改造提升策略：<br>根据儿童对公共空间的非友好感知因素及现状问题，对老旧小区进行空间优化、设施优化、界面优化提出具体的改造优化策略。
