Metal particles (Cu) were modified into MOF channels by in-situ synthesis method, and the effects of the introduction of metal particles on the catalytic performance of MOF materials, such as current density and Faraday efficiency, were studied. Metal is conductive, and loading metal particles can improve the electron transfer rate. The experimental results show that the FeCO of this material can reach more than 95% in a wide voltage range (-0.7 V ~-1.0 V), and it is close to 100% at-0.9 V.. In a word, Cu was successfully loaded into MOF by in-situ synthesis method, which improved the electrocatalytic performance of CO2.
