When a technician encounters a design problem, the specific solution of the problem cannot be found directly by using the usual method, so the problem must first be transformed into a problem expressed by TRIZ, and the TRIZ problem can be solved by consulting and comparing the nine theories in the TRIZ theoretical system and their corresponding problem solving tools. Finally, the obtained solution is compared with the actual problem, considering the limitations of the actual structural conditions. The solution obtained by TRIZ is improved and transformed into the solution of the problem that meets the actual working conditions, which is realized in the detailed design of the structure, and finally the final solution of the specific problem is obtained, which is the methodology of TRIZ to solve practical problems.
