Objective: To explore the potential profile of adolescent loneliness, and the influence of one dimension of inferiority complex and psychological resilience, personal strength and alienation on different profiles of adolescent loneliness. Method: 1134 valid questionnaires were collected from students in grades 6, 1, 2, and 3 of several high schools in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. Use SPSS 26.0 for data organization and descriptive statistics; Using Mplus 8.3 for potential profile analysis of loneliness; Use SPSS Modeler 18.0 to establish a decision tree. Result: (1) There are three potential profiles of adolescent loneliness: low loneliness group, emotional loneliness group, and social loneliness group. (2) C5.0 decision tree branches include feelings of inferiority, alienation, and personal strength. Among adolescents with a sense of inferiority>81, 75.82% belong to the emotional loneliness group.
