If I have been notified by Global Risk or Human Resources that I am included in a special employee category for regulatory purposes (eg. Material Risk Takers (MRTs) or U.S. Covered Employees): I understand and acknowledge any and all additional responsibilities or performance objectives for which I am responsible. If locally required, it is my responsibility to assess my performance against these objectives throughout the year in line with Everyday Performance and Development and the year-end performance review process, and it is expected that I will provide sufficient commentary to recognise my performance.
