CNC progressive forming is a kind of rapid forming process of sheet metal parts, the distribution of wall thickness under the traditional forming path conforms to the sine law, in theory, when the forming angle is equal to 90 degrees, the wall thickness of the component is zero, so the straight wall part can not be formed at once, but multi-process forming can break this limit. In order to improve the serious problem of thinning of the top-down forming method of the traditional forming path, this paper uses a method of alternating reciprocating reforming trajectory to carry out a experimental study on the straight wall square box, and the results show that the method of using the up-down alternating reciprocating reforming trajectory can make the thickness of the sheet wall thinning less and the wall thickness distribution more uniform. At the same time can effectively reduce the degree of mouth warping of the production.
