Interleaved parallel connection can effectively increase the switching frequency of output ripple and reduce the value of ripple, thus greatly reducing the dependence on large-capacity filter capacitor. It can use smaller filter capacitor to get good ripple performance and improve the overall power density of the converter. The previous three-phase staggered example also illustrates this point well, and the mathematical relationship needs to be further deduced.In addition to the high voltage level, the current flowing through the inductor is relatively large in high-power power supply, and the inductor is in a continuous working state. The following analyzes the characteristics of output current ripple in continuous working state. Here, assume that the converter has N phases staggered and connected in parallel, the switching cycle of each bridge arm is fixed as T, the duty cycle of the switch is D, and the current ripple on the inductor is △I when a single phase is used, then one cycle can be divided into N equal time periods, as shown in Figure 2-12, and the time point of switching action is called turning point
