System integration test for 8 hours.5.1 Paddle assembly.5.2 Setup the power management system.5.3 The flow path will be from the mud pumps through thestandpipe manifold, rotary hose, top drive, out through drillpipe and throttling device to the sea.f.5.4 Ensure mud pump discharge is lined up to top drive/paddle.Start the top drive and drawworks to create additional load.During SIT, driller to work up/down the string as far as possiblewithout lifting the paddle out of the water.5.5 Run mud pump seperately one by one. Increase speed to 30strokes per minutes in turn.5.6 De-synchronize three mud pumps out of phase.5.7 Increase pump output by adjusting pump speed from 30strokes per minute slowly to make three engine generators startedin sequence.5.8 Decreases pump output by adjusting pump speed slowly tomake three engine generators stopped in sequence.5.9 Maintain two mud pumps running at 40-60 strokes perminute, keep the top drive running speed at 60 rpm (The exactrunning speed depends on the top drive actual torque value, makesure safety)5.10 At the same time for above mud pump running test,circulate the sea water with the seawater flow path as below:start from mud pit, via equipment: mixing pump, trip/strip tank,trip/strip tank pump, mud treatment tanks, degaser, desander,desilter and then return to mud pit
