目的：通过了解褥疮发生的原因及诱因，易发人群，总结褥疮的防治方法：减少褥疮发生率，减轻患者痛苦。方法阅读大量相关资料，联系临床实践，吸取先进经验。结果：褥疮的发生与患者年龄、营养状况及所患疾病，局部皮肤清洁及创口处理，医疗环境舒适程度，护理质量有极大关系，尤其是护理质量。结论褥疮的护理应以预防为主，治疗为辅，未病先防，已病防止恶化，忌单一护理局部褥疮，忌单一护理方法。<br>关键词：褥疮；预防；护理

Objective: To summarize the prevention and treatment methods of bedsore by understanding the causes and inducements of bedsore and the vulnerable population: reduce the incidence of bedsore and alleviate the pain of patients. Methods read a large number of relevant materials, contact clinical practice and absorb advanced experience. Results: the occurrence of bedsore was closely related to patients' age, nutritional status and diseases, local skin cleaning and wound treatment, comfort of medical environment and nursing quality, especially nursing quality. Conclusion the nursing of bedsore should focus on prevention, supplemented by treatment, prevent before disease, prevent the deterioration of disease, avoid single nursing, local bedsore and single nursing method.<br>Key words: bedsore; prevention; nursing
