With the development of electronic technology, the lighting tools in people's life are also undergoing great changes. From ordinary electric lamps, incandescent lamps, to LED lamps, which are popular at present, all reflect the development of human technology and social progress. With the deterioration of environmental problems, the reduction of energy, energy saving and green lamp, gradually into people's lives. The lamp used to be single purpose, but now people need a multi-functional intelligent lamp. Therefore, it is a good direction to design a multi-functional green lamp by using the knowledge learned.<br>This paper introduces the indoor intelligent light control system and its principle based on single chip microcomputer. The design of the whole system includes two parts: software and hardware. The hardware design includes the minimum system module, key module, infrared detection module, light intensity acquisition module, lighting module, indicator module and so on. The software design mainly includes timing control, lighting control, keyboard scanning and LCD programming. When someone is detected by the intelligent lamp and the light intensity detected by the photoresist is lower than the manually set light threshold, the lamp will be on, otherwise, it will not be on. In the early stage of the design, I am mainly familiar with the auxiliary work such as the hardware devices and circuits of this design, and in the later stage, I carry out the modular program design, and finally realize the physical demonstration after the integration of the program and debugging.<br>
