如今家园共育的理念受到了家长和幼儿园的相对重视,但幼儿园在开展家园共育中依然存在很多的问题。本研究主要采用问卷调查法,文献法,观察法,访谈调查法等对郑州市X幼儿园开展家园共育存在的问题进行了调查,研究发现郑州市X幼儿园在开展家园共育的过程中教师与家长双方角色认识不足,责任不明确;沟通效果差,参与活动积极性不高;家园共育的形式趋于表面化,缺乏吸引力,且幼儿园对家长缺乏科学的指导。本研究致力于在对问题的科学的分析情况下,寻找解决策略即:积极转变家园共育观念,增强家园共育意识;建立新型沟通交流平台,加强沟通与合作;创新家园共育活动方式,提高活动的实效性;加强教师培训与指导,提高教师专业素质。
