When extending the thinking, for this valve plate, one clamping can not be successfully processed, and in the second clamping, it is found that the pressing effect of Z-direction can not be achieved only through air pressure, so it is necessary to further the blank Processing, processing the workpiece requires three clamping.<br>Through the problems encountered in the processing, the parameters set in the processing technology are improved step by step. In the final stage of the processing, it is also found that a pressing plate should be placed on the blank to restrict the z-direction movement of the workpiece after leaving the blank.
