First, we will interview and communicate with employees of X Catering Company, a labor-intensive company in Yunnan. Give him a preliminary understanding of work satisfaction and performance. Based on the information gathered about the performance and status of internal communications and the satisfaction and knowledge of the company's performance, surveys are created according to the scope of existing satisfaction and work performance. Next, I created the survey used in this survey. In this survey, the elements most relevant to this survey are still within scope. Finally, under the guidance of the instructors involved, the content of the questionnaire was further revised to create the final questionnaire (see appendix).
