With the change of diet structure, people's fat intake is increasing. Dietary imbalance is considered to be among the causes of hyperlipidemia [1]. Long-term high-fat diet intake can lead to lipid metabolism disorder, obesity and inflammation [2-3]. Lipid metabolism disorder refers to abnormal lipid changes in the blood, liver, and other tissues, including hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, hyperglycemia and non-alcoholic fatty liver syndrome [4]. Hyperlipidemia, as one of the lipid metabolism diseases, is characterized by the increase of low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in the serum [5]. Meanwhile, hyperlipidemia is a main risk factor for cardiovascular disease and atherosclerosis, and has become a high incidence rate disease which seriously threatens human health [6]. Therefore, prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia is also an effective way to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and other chronic diseases.
