I love my Dyson motor head. It is by far the best vacuum I've owned. The one star is because my motor head had one of the small 1/8x1/2 inch blue piece of fiber that lets the head glide over the floor came off within a few weeks. No big deal untill I contacted a few Dyson service centers to learn that the little bit of fuzz was not available anywhere. I was told that the fix was to replace the motor head, but it would not, of course, be free of charge. $200 for a new head was recommended. The worst part was that it did not sound ridiculous to the service people. I suppose I can glue on a bit of pipe cleaner or some such substance. Not happy with this company.
