My strength is that I know how to mitigate stress properly.It's known to all that college can be a trying time for young people, as we face mounting pressure in our academic, extracurricular and social lives. University students tend to be more susceptible to depression.One of the valuable ways for me to ward off pressure is to stay well-organized. I use a day-planner or a “to-do list”to record the dates and specifics of upcoming exams, projects and other activities. By staying on top of things, I will be less affected by stress, and more confident and productive.
