In view of the solvent extraction method of tea polyphenols, this project uses the organic solvent extraction method to extract and separate the crude tea polyphenols with ethanol aqueous solution instead of distilled water, and further purify the crude tea polyphenols with ethyl acetate instead of the toxic solvent chloroform. The effects of different temperature, solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, heating time, shaking and standing time on tea polyphenols were studied. Through the determination of UV absorbance, the extraction rate of tea polyphenols was calculated, and the optimal process conditions were obtained, so as to obtain the maximum yield. The results showed that the order of the primary and secondary factors was as follows: C > d > a > b, a2b1c2d2, that is, the ethanol concentration was 60%, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:40, the extraction temperature was 70 ℃, the extraction time was 50 min, the extraction vibration time was 8 min, and the extraction static time was 70 min.<BR>
