本文以施工企业项目管理和预算控制为例，分析了施工各环节的预算控制。在当前的工程项目建设过程中，工期长、人工成本高、工程规模大、变更签证多等原因，增加了成本控制的难度，要求预算人员加强对项目预算的控制，转变项目管理观念，加强工程预算管理，充分发挥工程预算在项目管理中的控制作用。只有这样，才能有效地控制工程造价，为施工企业获得最大的经济效益。

Taking project management and budget control of construction enterprises as an example, this paper analyzes the budget control of each construction link.
