In order to achieve effective purposes of testing and analyzing, the design of the hardware must meet the system requirements. The composition and functions of fuel cell test analyzer are complex, so the test analyzer can be divided into different modules according to different functions and locations. It is mainly composed of six modules, gas humidification unit, interlock protection unit of the hardware, electronic load modules, data acquisition unit and data processing and control unit. And data processing and control unit contains several parts, including gas flow control unit, temperature control unit, pressure control unit, flow control unit, humidity control unit. The composition of hardware is shown in Fig.2.
