The condenser is an important part of the heat exchanger in the refrigeration cycle of automobile air conditioning. Its main function is to transform the superheated cooling steam at high temperature and high pressure into the supercooled cooling liquid at low temperature and low pressure while releasing heat. Its heat transfer performance directly affects the operation characteristics of the whole air conditioning system. Generally located in the front of the vehicle, it is usually placed in the engine cooling module, which USES the wind blowing in the face of the vehicle to exchange heat with the refrigerant in the pipeline. The working principle is shown in figure 1.5. Because the environment of the car is changing at any time during driving, the driving condition of the air conditioner is relatively poor. Moreover, due to the constraint requirements of the customer on interior space, installation and maintenance, the condenser of the air conditioner must have the characteristics of compact structure, high heat exchange efficiency, light weight, durability and so on.
