Thank you for providing that information for me, Yunfei. The device is showing as no longer carrier locked, however it is on our Non-Pay list. This means that the account it was on previously has an outstanding balance that has not been paid off and has gone to collections. Until that has been paid off, the device cannot be activated. Presently, only an authorized user on the account is eligible to make payments towards that past due balance. Does that help provide the clarification you were needing? -Elias
