Article 3: Warranty3.1. Warranty time for goods is 12 months from the date of dispatchThe new goods or parts for replacement will be delivered by the Seller’s cost in terms of DDP .3.2. One week from the date of faults on goods has happened within the warranty time, the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing about the faults. In case the Buyer will not inform the Seller within this limited time, the Seller will have right to refuse.After receiving information from the Buyer about the defects that mentioned in warranty conditions, the Seller shall carry out necessary action to eliminate the defects within 3 days.The Seller shall undertake at its discretion to replace all goods of its delivery, which evidently become damaged or unusable as a consequence of bad material, erroneous construction or defective build at the written request of the customer during the guarantee period. .3.3. Further Buyer rights from faulty or insufficient delivery, in particular damage claims and withdrawal from the agreement, are excluded or governed by the terms and conditions of a possible insurance policy. 3.4. If the Buyer does not assert certain claims resulting from the guarantee in writing before the expiration of the guarantee deadline, we are relieved of our obligations under the same.
