3.2 Test WeightFollowing the test target the vehicle has to be ballasted up to the gross vehicle weight under customer relevant conditions.3.3 Wheels and TiresRegarding the wheel / tire guideline the test has to be executed on:- Summer tires- Wheel / tire combination with highest moment of inertia (lowest section width)- New tires have to be run in (minimum 200km running-in distance)- Tire pressure has to be adapted to vehicle load3.4 Test vehicle assemblyGuideline regarding vehicle assembly:- Screwings of all drive train and chassis components have to be tightened with nominal torque and marked according to the “Screwing Marking Check List” (FT012)- Clutch with maximum contact pressure (upper tolerance) has to be installed3.5 Load data acquisition before testBefore start of the test a load data acquisition has to take place.For this measurement the required test manoeuvres have to be executed at least 3 times.
