At present, our coaches pay more and more attention to the core training of athletes' quality training in peacetime training, and apply more and more to the Swiss ball training method, and after training, the core strength, center of gravity stability, maintaining body balance and coordination have played a positive role. Through experimental analysis, the Swiss ball training is added to the traditional training, thus enriching the traditional core training methods and means. The core strength is the indirect influence on the performance of sprinters. This study mainly used experimental method, statistical method, logical analysis method, three primary school students outside the 5-6 grade 50 meters running, running touch high, standing long jump and one minute sitting up 4 tests.
