One of the basic idea of the new curriculum reform is to enhance the students' subjectivity and focus on the student experience, and teaching activities coincided with this reform concept echoes. Activity approach through the creation of reasonable and fun activities situations, student body, and guide students to actively participate in the activities to stimulate student interest in learning, so that students improve the quality of moral emotions and the ability to experience and insights in activities. In this paper, according to the requirements of the new curriculum reform and teaching experience during their internship, take literature research, case analysis, focus on "applied research activities in teaching junior high school course in ethics and the rule of law," the themes, at home and abroad on the basis of the research in this area, in-depth analysis of the activities of teaching teachers' understanding of the application of the activity approach is not enough and the rule of law courses in junior high moral application, the actual teaching process less application status of the activity approach. And the specific situation where I practice class were analyzed and found teaching evaluation activities in junior high school teaching experience ethics and the rule of law restricts the application class applications activity approach in ethics and the rule of law lesson, students study habits and learning problems guide the teacher in activities enough and so on, and then sum up the above problems the teachers to change their teaching evaluation, professional training for teachers teaching organizational activities, changes in teaching concept, design activity in multiple modes, mobilize students to learn suggestions enthusiasm, in order to enhance the activity approach application results, and enhancing teaching activities can be implemented to achieve the purpose of improving teaching effectiveness morality and the rule of law classes.
