Normally we receive the spare part lists for new projects just before the busses are transported to Deurne via sea. When we receive the spare part lists (including all the new parts) at this time, then we will be late with our spare part order per definition. This puts us in difficult situations with our customers, as we have faced with Nobina. This will also lead to a lot of expensive air transports which are unnecessary. To overcome this situation we would like to ask you to send us a complete spare part manual at the start of the production for all the articles which FTBCI supplies. Before FTBCI starts building the bus, FTBCI will already know which FTBCI articles will be placed on the bus. When we receive the parts lists of all the parts that FTBCI supplies, then we can already place our spare part order on time. When you share a list of all the CSF articles which are used per project in an early stage with us, then this will also give FTBCI a purchasing advantage, as you can already purchase the needed spare parts (ordered by us) together with the parts needed for production. This will also save FTBCI and Ebusco a lot of time on emergency questions and orders, and this will also enable us to deliver the spare parts on time to our customers. For the CSE articles (components supplied by Ebusco) we can arrange all the spare part orders before we ship them to FTBCI and with these articles we have no issues timewise. Of course, we would like to have these articles incorporated in our spare part manuals, but it is sufficient for us, to receive this complete spare part manual (CSE and CSF) when the busses leave the paintshop. Our major concerns now are the parts that FTBCI supplies, which we can overcome when FTBCI will send us a complete overview of the CSF articles (components supplied by FTBCI) at the start of the production. For the BVG order for example, we would really need all the spare parts here in Deurne at least a month before the busses arrive. We hope you understand our situation and that you can support us on this topic! Please let us know if the above proposal can be managed by FTBCI. Thanks in advance for your reply!
