In this paper, the multi-layer composite membrane modification electrode of (PSS/PPy) (P2Mo18/PPy) n) was prepared by constant potential deposition method, and the tyrosine enzyme in Penaes chinensis was tested with the modified electrode as the working electrode. The study found that in the scanning potential is -0.4V to .6V, the sweep speed is 100mV-s-1, supports electrolyte is (0.1 mol-L-1 H2SO4 solution plus 0.5 mol-L-1 Na2SO4 solution) (1:9) Under the condition of mixing solution, the multi-layer composite membrane modification electrode has good selectivity to tyrosine enzyme, and the LOD is 7.32048U-mL-1 and 2.67473U-mL-1, respectively. In addition, the electrode has good properties, such as high stability, repeatability, reproducibility and ease of electrode preparation. This modified electrode was applied to the detection of tyrosine enzyme content in Penaees chinensis, with a recovery rate of 96.3% to 100. 8%, indicating that the method is accurate and expected to be used in the field of food quality safety
