With the continuous development of the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), vehicles are no longer just convenient transportation vehicles, but they have gradually become powerful mobile sensing, computing and storage platforms. Vehicles share in- formation collected by local sensors, which is aggregated and processed by the data center to improve security, save energy, optimize traffic, etc. [1], [2]. The vehicle-to-vehicle, vehicle- to-road and other communication modes provided by the IoV expand the capabilities and forms of vehicular crowdsensing. Vehicular crowdsensing supports services in the IoV and provides support for large-scale, complex natural and social sensing required for intelligent transportation and other [3], [4], [5], [6].
