65 cases of pregnant women and patients with other mental diseases were excluded. There were 38 males and 27 females with an average age of (32.5 ± 3.2) years,The hospitalization days and the incidence of complications were compared: the results are shown in Table 1. There was statistically significant difference in the length of hospital stay and the incidence of postoperative complications before and after the application of evidence-based nursing (P < 0.05).Before the application of evidence-based nursing, the total nursing satisfaction of patients was shown in Table 2,The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05), as shown in Table 2.Laparoscopic appendectomy has achieved good application and good development. It has a significant effect in the treatment of acute appendicitis. Compared with traditional surgery, this method has less trauma in the treatment process and faster recovery in the later stage,In the past nursing work, the nursing staff mainly focused on the physiological care of patients, and even some medical staff ignored the role of psychological state on the recovery of disease, which could not meet the requirements of holistic and systematic nursing. In this study, nursing staff pay attention to provide psychological care for patients, at the same time, the whole nursing process is programmed and integrated, seriously evaluate the current status of patients, and give targeted nursing measures. During the recovery of patients, pay attention to find potential nursing problems, timely prevent complications, and ensure the nursing effect. .At the same time, it can effectively promote the recovery of patients, improve the relationship between nurses and patients, reduce complications, and improve the nursing effect. The results showed that the nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications and hospitalization time were significantly less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).On the other hand, through searching for data, evidence-based nursing measures were formulated to improve the comfort of patients,The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The results show that: the use of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute appendicitis can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and the patients feel very satisfied.
