[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Han's acupoint nerve stimulator on pain and nausea after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 60 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into control group (group A, n = 30) and Hans acupoint stimulator (group B) Hans stimulation method: Hegu Neiguan, the contralateral Zusanli Sanyinjiao was 15-25ma. According to the patient's tolerable but not uncomfortable stimulation limit, the effect of Han's acupoint nerve stimulator on postoperative pain and nausea after laparoscopic cholecystectomy was analyzed. Results compared with group A, the pain symptoms of group B were significantly improved at 0.5 and 6 hours after operation, but the effect on postoperative nausea and vomiting was not obvious. Conclusion: the use of Hans before operation or before and after operation can effectively reduce the pain after laparoscopic operation, but the effect on nausea and vomiting is not obvious.<br>Key words: Han's acupoint nerve stimulator, postoperative pain, nausea and vomiting<br>
