【摘 要 】目的 观察韩氏穴位神经刺激仪对腹腔镜胆囊术后疼痛与恶心的影

【摘要】目的观察韩氏穴位神经刺激仪对腹腔镜胆囊术后疼痛与恶心的影响。方法将60例行腹腔镜胆囊切除随机分为对照组（A组n=30）、韩氏（HANS）穴位刺激仪（B组n=30），HANS刺激方法，取穴：合谷-内关，对侧足三里-三阴交为15—25mA，根据患者能忍受而不感到不适的刺激为限，每次30分钟分析韩氏穴位神经刺激仪对腹腔镜胆囊术后疼痛与恶心的影响。结果与A组比较，B组在术后0.5、6小时的疼痛症状均有显着改善；但是对术后恶呕吐症状影响不明显。结论：术前使用，或者术前加术后使用HANS，能有效降低腹腔镜术后疼痛但是对恶心呕吐症状影响不明显。<br>关键词韩氏穴位神经刺激仪术后疼痛与恶心呕吐

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Han's acupoint nerve stimulator on pain and nausea after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 60 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into control group (group A, n = 30) and Hans acupoint stimulator (group B) Hans stimulation method: Hegu Neiguan, the contralateral Zusanli Sanyinjiao was 15-25ma. According to the patient's tolerable but not uncomfortable stimulation limit, the effect of Han's acupoint nerve stimulator on postoperative pain and nausea after laparoscopic cholecystectomy was analyzed. Results compared with group A, the pain symptoms of group B were significantly improved at 0.5 and 6 hours after operation, but the effect on postoperative nausea and vomiting was not obvious.
