As per our discussion in the weekly meeting, after the submission of FAT in Jan 2019, JV is still missing to provide the necessary doc. which could significant to our installation and maintenance work. JV should be requested to formally submit the following doc.: Any updated operation and maintenance manual for FLYGT 380kW submersible pump for ES0002;Operation and maintenance manual for the used accessories (e.g. updated manual for periphery relay and control unit for DS0160);Dimension drawings, applicable sectional drawings etc., any updates for ES0035;Spare parts list with spare manual / machine structure drawings;Suggested spare parts list;Suggested maintenance program and interval;Drawings of pump name plate and lube name plate;Formal doc. of the list of provided instruments, and respective catalog & QA/QC doc. (e.g. vibration sensors, PT100, float switch, relay etc.);Test results for the electrical tests (viz. Type test & routine test specified in TS section 22.31.19 and noted as per ES0002); Moreover, the below aspects should be clarified & followed up by JV:Regarding on the installation of ICCP to submersible pumps as specified in TS section 20.11.3.8, as per JV’s reply in DS0165, please JV provide the detail explanations, study and manufacturer’s statement / guarantee for proving that the provision of ICCP is not necessary. JV should provide which part of submersible pump is made of super duplex SS;To state the provision, specification (e.g. cable type, amount etc.) and any special requirement (e.g. brand) of lead power/control cables used in the provided pumps;To inform if there is any junction box for the MV/control cable connection between pump and MV SWGR / SCADA, and provide the respective design and material submission. It should be reminded that just 10m power cables are adhered in the provision of pumps as per the PO;As per DS0160, the RTDs, float switches, vibration sensors or other instruments are proposed to be connected to the periphery relay (MAS711) at site instead of directly connecting to core SCADA. The data acquisition and communication method (by modbus?) to SCADA and respective HMI interface (by web as per O&M?) should be informed. The respective control system architecture should also be updated for the above connection;Complete set of special tools for maintenance should be provided as per TS section 20.11.3.9 (such as oil drainage pumps, hydraulic unit etc. for P7125 988 drive unit as per O&M section 6.10 in ES0002);To confirm that spare parts will be provided for two year’s operation and maintenance as per the suggested/proposed maintenance program.
