工艺危害分析属于过程安全管理的十二项要素之一受到国内外危险化学品生产经营管理单位的重视。笔者所在的公司基于长期在工艺危害分析领域的经验结合其他分析平台的功能，自主开发的过程危害分析先驱软件（Advanced-PHA）在装置分析过程中得到充分应用。本文通过应用Advanced-PHA软件对某企业甲醇制氢装置的HAZOP（Hazard and Operability Analysis，危险与可操作性分析）和LOPA（Layer of Protection Analysis，保护层分析）来展示该软件的功能。

Based on the long-term experience in the field of process hazard analysis combined with the functions of other analytical platforms, the self-developed Process Hazard Analysis Pioneer Software (Advanced-PHA) is fully applied in the process of device analysis. This paper applies Advanced-PHA software to HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Analysis, Risk and Operaability Analysis) and LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis), protective layer analysis to demonstrate the functionality of the software.
