[摘要] 目的:探讨生物反馈训练与电刺激联用对产妇盆底功能的影响。方法:将2018年12月~2019年12月224例在我院分娩的产妇按照其意愿分为研究组和对照组,每组112例,对照组进行盆底功能训练,研究组在对照组基础上给予生物反馈训练与电刺激治疗。比较两组产妇盆底功能障碍评分(PFDI-20评分)、盆底功能障碍影响建议问卷评分(PFIQ-7)和尿失禁治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组上述评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组尿失禁治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈训练联合电刺激能显著改善产妇盆底功能,减少尿失禁。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of biofeedback training combined with electrical stimulation on maternal pelvic floor function. Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019, 224 women who gave birth in our hospital were divided into a study group and a control group according to their wishes. 112 cases in each group.
