Overall dry-out and boil-out process can be considered as successful, however it has evidencedfew failures during preparation and issues that could not be identified before. Mainly:1. Loop and function test preparation work by XZT has not been completed before dry-out2. All SIS interlocks could not be put into operation due to lack of preparation or risk of equipmentfailure (emergency button, boiler level)3. NG temporary station is likely to produce pressure rise and fall incompatible with CS burnersrequirements4. Strong difficulties to S/Up SCC burners due to flame detector failure and remaining water frompipe pressure test into system5. Refractory in bad condition after dry-out, the root cause must be understood. Is temperatureissue (high RK head because of late SCC burners S/UP) or construction quality ?
