3.4 Gene Ontology (GO) and KEGG Enrichment AnalysisWe imported 204 targets of YZHD and enriched gene ontology in three aspects of cell composition (CC), molecular function (MF) and biological process (BP) and pathway with Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG). With the thresholds of P < 0.01 and FDR < 0.01, the enrichment results were screened. The enrichment of cell composition includes nucleus, cytoplasm, cytosol, plasma membrane, nucleoplasm and etc. And enriched molecular function involves in protein binding, enzyme binding, identical protein binding, DNA binding and other biochemical processes. Biological process of YZHD mainly covers positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter, positive regulation of transcription, DNA-templated, response to drug, etc (Annexed Table 5). Draw bubble chart using top 10 go terms of most enriched gene numbers. (Fig.3.). In addition, the pathway enrichment showed that YZHD associates with multiple pathways (Annexed Table 6). We selected top 10 of significant pathways and showed them in "active ingredients - key targets - signaling pathways" network diagram (Fig.4.), which was used to reveal the mechanism of YZHD in the treatment of jaundice.
