3.1 A 75mm thick blinding layer will be cast on top the formation, following the completion of the excavation according to the BD approved drawing.3.2 Setting out lines for retaining wall shall be marked out clearly on the blinding.3.3 Erecting the front side formwork and mark out the level and weep holes location.3.4 Fixing rebar according to the BD approved drawing.3.5 Install 75mm dia. UPVC weep hole pipes ( refer to the detail of weep holes arrangement ).3.6 Drill the holes on the side formwork and install the M.S. DOWEL bars at the movement joint.3.7 Closing the back side formwork 3.8 Checking the dimension, alignment and rebar.3.9 Concreting the Retaining wall up to the Horizontal C.J. (attached appendix 1) of portion 1 with skip and mobile crane method after the Engineer inspected and accept the final condition.3.10 Apply the retarder agent (separate submitted) on the horizontal C.J. concrete surface after cast concrete completed.3.11 The high pressure water jet will be used to clean the loosen materials to form sound concrete horizontal C.J. surface.3.12 The concrete surface will be covered with plastic sheet for curing3.13 The side formwork will be removed after cast concrete completed 24 hours.
