1. The strength of the PVC aluminum floor we are using is soft, which is determined by its characteristics. Unless it is replaced by birch floor which have better strength, currently we are checking with EBUSCO technical side about this plan through EB.PVC aluminum floor requires larger support strength and smaller support gap for the chassis frame. As can be seen from the video you sent, the L shape iron plate holding the floor has obvious vibration and deformation, so I need sufficient support strength of the chassis frame to ensure less force and deformation of the floor.2. We suggests changing the floor fixing way from screw fixing to gluing way. There is a lack of constraint between the floor and the chassis frame. So improved L-shaped iron plate will help to fix the floor, prevent the occurrence of quality problems such as floor movement.3. As for the floor L Shape reinforcement suggestion from EBUSCO (Attachment 1), the thickness of 3 or 4mm is relatively heavy, which is not what we expected, and the only support strength of 1.5mm plate may not be good enough. As for my suggestion we provided (Attachment 2), sufficient support strength can be reached with 1.5mm thickness material. Since 20mm edge plays a key role in supporting target, we still highly recommend the suggestion in Attachment 2. Please consider it and approve it.Now KVS and NOBIA ST15 orders are being booming in the production line, and 6 units need to be delivered by the end of December. We hope EBUSCO can confirm the plan as soon as possible, so as not to affect the whole progress of the production schedule.
