Does the facility have an ongoing process to identify, assess and control potential worker exposure(s) to safety hazards (e.g. chemical, electrical and other energy sources, fall hazards, machinery safety hazards, ergonomic hazards, etc.)? This can include:Types of programs: Documented job hazard assessments (JHAs) for various work tasks. The JHAs or assessments are maintained current, or updated on a routine basis (i.e., when tasks change, for new tasks, etc.).Evidence could include: A process to identify, document and indicate corrective actions for EHS concerns (including means for employees to raise safety concerns).
