Clinical observation and evaluation of prostaglandin in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension<br>Guo Wei<br>Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of alprostadil in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension (PAH).<br>Methods: 72 patients with PAH were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36).<br>The control group was given routine treatment, and the experimental group was given alprostadil intravenous drip on the basis of the control group.<br>The clinical indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.<br>Results: after treatment, Borg dyspnea score and pulmonary systolic blood pressure decreased, while arterial oxygen pressure increased in the two groups, and the changes of the above indexes in the experimental group were greater than those in the control group (P18 years old).<br>Exclusion criteria: ① with pulmonary valve or right ventricular outflow tract stenosis, right atrioventricular valve lesions, etc.<br>② There are contraindications or allergies to alprostadil.<br>③ Combined with liver, kidney and other organs or blood, immune system and other major diseases.<br>④ Have cognitive, communication or mental disorders.<br>After entering the group, the patients in the two groups were given routine treatment such as oxygen inhalation, bed rest, electrocardiographic monitoring, and other related treatment such as cardiotonic, diuretic, anticoagulation, etc.<br>
