Intracranial tumors, also known as brain tumors, refer to the tumors of the nervous system that occur in the cranial cavity. Surgery is the main method of treatment. Because of the large trauma and frequent blood transfusion, the demand for allogeneic blood is increasing. Therefore, how to reduce blood transfusion and reduce the complications caused by allogeneic blood transfusion is the focus of clinical research. At present, there are many methods to reduce blood transfusion, including controlled hypotension, preoperative hemodilution and autologous blood recovery. The effect of a single scheme is poor. In this study, controlled hypotension, acute hypervolemic hemodilution (AHH) and recycled autologous blood transfusion were used in intracranial tumor surgery, and good clinical results were obtained.
